The house. The story.

A house
with roots.

The Vergissmeinnicht house looks back on a long and special history. Built in 1970 as a family home with an adjoining nursery, it has been a place of growth and a deep connection with nature for generations. The blue forget-me-not flowers that bloomed all around the house not only gave it its name, but also its soul – to this day, they symbolise permanence, remembrance and special moments. For us, the name embodies the desire to cherish the past without standing still – to preserve memories whilst leaving room for new experiences.

Once part of a long-established family business, this place has been a hub of planting, tending and living for decades. Alongside garden design, we worked with herbs and developed our own extracts. Closeness to nature was never a secondary consideration, but always at the heart of our daily activities. This ethos continues to shape our establishment to this day and forms the basis for the special atmosphere that guests sense the moment they arrive.

To this day, the house remains family-owned – now driven by a new vision: to create a place where people feel welcome and unforgettable moments can unfold. The original structures have been preserved and carefully modernised, so that history and the present blend harmoniously. The former family home has become a retreat for guests from all over the world – a temporary home that combines warmth, tranquillity and authenticity.

In the countryside

A particular highlight of our property and the apartments is the garden, which covers almost 200 m². Lovingly landscaped, it invites you to take a deep breath, unwind and recharge your batteries. Whether as a quiet retreat or a place for relaxing outdoors – the garden embodies well-being and highlights our house’s close connection to nature.

At the same time, you’ll benefit from our ideal location: situated in a quiet neighbourhood on the sunny ‘Sunnseitn’ side of Söll and just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre. In winter, the ski bus stops right outside the house, and the Kaiserjet is also just a short distance away. With the Wilder Kaiser Card, you can access mountain railways, hiking trails, swimming lakes and the entire region free of charge. A place that offers tranquillity yet leaves all possibilities open – here, history remains palpable, whilst at the same time creating space for something new.
