Wilder Kaiser Brixental
The skiing fun begins right on your doorstep in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, Austria’s second-largest interconnected ski area. With around 275 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes and 81 modern lifts, an impressive variety of options awaits both leisure skiers and winter sports enthusiasts. Wide carving slopes, sunny panoramic runs and rustic ski huts serving Tyrolean specialities make every day on the slopes an experience. Whether you’re whizzing down into the valley or taking it easy with a stop on the sun terrace – everyone will find their own personal winter bliss here.
Particularly convenient: the ski bus, which is free for our guests, departs right outside our hotel and takes you comfortably to the valley station – and later brings you back just as relaxed. So your day on the slopes begins without any hassle and ends just as carefree.

Winter moments
Away from the slopes, winter shows its gentler side. Cross-country ski trails wind through snow-covered landscapes, winter walking trails invite you to take peaceful strolls, and snowshoe hikes offer new perspectives on the tranquil mountain world. December is a particularly atmospheric time: Christmas markets in the region enchant visitors with lights, scents and festive music. As the snow falls softly and the village glows in the warm light, you can sense that winter in Söll is more than just a season – it is a feeling of cosiness and genuine Tyrolean warmth.
